Weyermann’s Abbey Malt
Base Malt
Highly aromatic, adding pronounced malt aroma and flavour as well as a deep amber to red brown colour. It is often used for abbey ales, trappist, Belgian blonde, amber and brown beers.
Use: Pronounced malt aromas and flavours.
Rate: Up to 50% grain
Shelf life: At least one year when stored properly in dry conditions.
