BrewZilla Polycarbonate Sight Glass Kit

BrewZilla 35L and 65L Polycarbonate Sight Glass Optional Upgrade.

This BrewZilla Polycarbonate Sight Glass also comes assembled with stepless clamps.

To remove your stainless steel sight glass, start by removing the two screws that mount the top section of the recirculation tube. Then, using a spanner (not included), loosen and remove the bottom 1/2″ female fitting. There is a small white washer underneath. Move that to the side as we’ll need that later for the upgrade. Swap over the camlock fitting.

Note: you may need to use varying amounts of thread tape to get it to seal in the right position once it has been tightened back down on the female bottom end.

The sight glass itself is not made from glass, it is made from robust polycarbonate.

If using PBW, it is recommeneded to not have extended contact time at temperatures over 50c or exceeding the recommened dilution ratio.

Includes:
– Stainless ½” Male BSP threaded post with orings
– Stainless ½” Female BSP threaded post with orings
– 36cm long polycarbonate tube (13mm ID x 15mm OD)

The stepless clamps used are 14-16mm.
