For a dry, lower carb beer add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast.

Specifications of 23L made with 1.5kg Brick Road Amber malt extract: Colour – Pale Straw, 5 EBC; Bitterness – Low-medium, 17 IBU; Grist – lager malt; Wort – OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast – New World Lager Yeast (hybrid – can be fermented at up to 22 degrees C).

Dry Hop Additions Optional: Option to finish with up to 30g of your favourite hops for extra flavour.

Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort.

The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
