Weyermann’s Caramunich Type 2 Malt
Produced from quality spring barley. Golden-brown, slightly aromatic kernels. Contributes dark amber to deep-coppery color to finished beer. Adds mouthfeel as well as rich malt accent to the brew. Intense caramel aroma, notes of biscuit.
Use: Adding mouthfeel and rich malt accent
Rate: 5 to 10 % of grain
Shelf life: At least one year when stored properly in dry conditions.
