Falconer’s Flight is a dual purpose hop blend that imparts distinct tropical, citrus, floral, lemon and grapefruit tones. It is ideal for brewing IPA styles or any beer style where you want to showcase hop flavor and aroma.

Falconer’s Flight is an exclusive proprietary hop blend created by Hop Union in the USA to honor and support the legacy of Northwest brewing legend, Glen Hay Falconer, who passed in 2002. The blend is comprised of many of the Northwest’s most unique hop varieties, including Citra, Simcoe, and Sorachi Ace along with experimental hops and numerous other NW varieties. Each hop has been hand selected for its superior aromatic qualities. A portion of the proceeds go to support the Falconer Foundation, which supports brewers and brewing.

Hops are sold in 100g vacuum sealed bags with specific batch details printed on label. Larger volumes are generally available with a discount for larger volume packs.
