GM Collection Tennessee Whiskey Kit

Makes 1125ml of premium quality Bourbon

With Jack Daniels Oak and Sugar Maple Charcoal as used by JDs and genuine bourbon extracts

Kit contains:

20gm Sugar Maple charcoal (pack 1)

20gm Fresh Jack Daniels Barrel Oak (pack 2)

Gold Medal Collection Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey concentrate

Instructions:

Soak 700ml of 70% abv spirit on pack 1 for 2 weeks. Decant the infused spirit into a clean vessel filltering out the sugar maple charcoal (through fillter paper if necessary)

Soak decanted spirit on pack 2 for 1 month. Decant the infused spirit into a clean vessel, straining out the oak chips.

Dilute infused spirit to 40% abv with bottled water.

Add the 40ml bottle of Collection Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey concentrate.

Bottle and age for a minimum of 1 month.
