Hersbrucker has low alpha acids and low cohumulone, it is a very pleasant aroma with a balanced, fruity, spicy and floral character.

For decades it has commonly been used in German lagers, however this variety is now making its way into some fine English cask ales.

Alpha Range: 2-4%

Hops are sold in 100g vacuum sealed bags with specific batch details printed on label. Larger volumes are generally available with a discount for larger volume packs.
