Baird’s Maris Otter Pale Ale
Base Malt
Is the main ingredient for all varieties of bitters, milds and stouts. Mash required. This winter barley is a firm base malt favourite amongst brewers. It has the rich, nutty character sought in British Ales. Floor malted malts have a depth of flavour unmatched by modern methods.
