Pale Ale Malt Black Rock Tin
Black Rock Pale Ale is brewed to deliver a typical Australasian Pale Ale flavour with a light colour. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness.
Brew with Black Rock Light Unhopped Malt Extract, or combine 2 cans of Pale Ale for a more powerful hop aroma and bitterness.
Try brewing this recipe with a specialty US ale yeast like Safale US-05.

ABV, 4.5% (approx. using 1kg Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar)
