Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, this strain is a mild ester producer while promoting malt character.
It can be used for a range of styles from an English mild to an American IPA or Irish stout.
A great flocculator, it leaves a clear beer and saves on conditioning time.
Attenuation: 65.00-70.00
Flocculation: High
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium (5 – 10%)
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 18-21C
