Brick Road Craft Pacific Pale Ale 1.8Kg

This Classic Pacific Pale Ale kit comes complete with Ale yeast and uses extra light ale malts for a fresh white bread malt base.

For a Pacific Pale Ale, add 1.5kg  Extra Light malt extract. for a lighter Pale Ale, add 1kg  Extra Light Dry malt extract or 1kg dextrose. For a tropical fruit sensation, dry hop with at least 30g (up to 200g) of American, New Zealand and Australian hops like Cascade, Citra, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.

Brick Road searched the world to find the best maltster to create this exceptional hopped wort. Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
