Weyermann’s Carabelge Malt
A very dark caramel malt with aromatic properties. It adds a deep red colour as well as adding body and improved malt aroma.
Adds a mild restrained note of caramel flavour, and a honey coloured hue to your beer. Mostly used in Belgian Blonde, Brown, Amber, tripels, Dubbels and Belgian specialty beers.
Use: Honey coloured hue and caramel flavours
Rate: Use up to 30%
Shelf life: At least one year when stored properly in dry conditions.
