Named after the Washington state centennial anniversary in 1989, Centennial is an aroma-type cultivar developed from the USDA hop breeding program at Washington State University in 1974 and released in 1990. Centennial is a well blended aroma hop and is sometimes referred to as Super Cascade

Combination of Brewers Gold, Fuggle, East Kent Golding, and others.

Cryo Hops have two distinct advantages over whole cone or pelletized hops. For one, they enhance the actual flavor and aroma of a beer. And second, they improve the brewing process.

Generally, lupulin-enriched products create a more intense hop aroma and flavor experience, as a more concentrated dose of lupulin builds a higher flavor profile in the final beer.

Cryo Hops are sold in 50g vacuum sealed bags with specific batch details printed on label.
