Made from a blend of fresh barrels from the Jim Beam, Jack Daniel’s and Wild Turkey distilleries. For those who want to make the best bourbon possible.

First Soaking Add 500g to 2.5 litres of spirit, soak for 7 days.

Colour:Dark
Second Soaking Add 500g to 2.5 litres of spirit, soak for 19 days.
Character:
Flavour: Medium
Colour:Medium
Third Soaking Add 500g to 2.5 litres of spirit, soak for 5-6 weeks.
Character:
Flavour: Low
Colour:Light
Note: With the third soaking it is recommended to blend with a bourbon flavouring.
