 Vintners Reserve Chardonnay

The perennial white wine favourite. A remarkably versatile wine, this classic now includes oak for a rounded vanilla-oak structure that is smooth and appealing. Dry, with pleasant acidity, Chardonnay’s complexity is fully realised when aged.

Powerfully structured, this wine shows a crisp, minerally character and a refreshing floral aroma well-balanced by toasty smoke and vanilla notes, and a long complex finish that emerges with ageing.

Sweetness: Dry | Body: Medium | Oak Intensity: Light

The Chardonnay wine kit comes with everything you need to make 23L (which will result in approx. 30x 750ml bottles) of finished wine. This kit includes:

• Juice Concentrate (7.5L)
• Yeast
• Stabilizers
• Clarifying Agents
• Oak (only if the style calls for it)
• Full Set of Instructions

This is a 7.5 litre kit which will allow you to make 30 bottles of wine in 4 weeks. Bottles not included.
